Welding Rolls

The roller spacing can be adjusted manually according to the diameter of the weldment, by the size of the cylinder itself.
• ADJUSTABLE WORKING SPEED: The speed of rotation can be adjusted as working required, and the speed will be displayed by numbers. Speed range is 80-1000 mm/min, the wheels can rotate forward and backward.
• OPERATION MODES: Frequency control motor, making the load capacity much bigger, low-speed stability much better. When more precise welding of the welding workpiece is required, the rotation of the roller can be controlled by the foot switch.

Description

• Turning Rolls Linkage Roller is a kind of welding auxiliary equipment, which is commonly used for welding inner and outer circumferential seam and inner and outer longitudinal seam of cylinder workpiece.
• This machine can be matched to welding operation machine and submerged arc welding machine, etc. The transmission device of the machine drives the driving roller, and the friction force between the driving roller and the cylinder workpiece drives the workpiece to rotate to realize the displacement.

2 Operation Modes
